1. Tested to ISO 15025 flame standard, its after-flame and after-glow time are controlled within 2 seconds with no melt drip risk. The aramid-Lenzing blended fiber owns permanent fire resistance that will not fail after repeated washing, perfectly for fire safety protective garments.
2. Combined water repellent finishing and TPU film lamination endows the fabric reliable waterproof performance. The composite layer blocks liquid penetration while retaining basic air permeability, suitable for outdoor rescue and rainy working environment protection clothing.
3. Warp and weft shrinkage both stay under 3% per washing test. It features 466N warp tensile force and 385N weft tensile strength, matched with stable tear resistance, resisting deformation and breakage during daily protective work.
4. It reaches grade 4 color fastness to light, water and washing, grade 3 for dry rubbing, grade 4 for wet rubbing. Full technical data sheet is provided for customs and client inspection, supporting formal bidding and safety uniform procurement projects.
5. 146gsm lightweight weight and 148.5cm full cuttable width reduce garment overall burden. Plain weave structure delivers soft hand feel, solving the bulky defect of traditional thick fireproof cloth and improving long-time wearing comfort.
