1. Tested under ASTM D6413, the material boasts ultra-short after-flame and afterglow time with controlled char length. Built-in permanent antistatic fiber prevents static discharge risks. Its fire-resistant function won’t fade after repeated washing, ideal for high-risk industrial work uniforms.
2. Incorporated spandex delivers 12% stretch rate and 79% elastic recovery, allowing flexible body movement during heavy work. Both warp and weft shrinkage stay below ±3% per EN standard, the plain weave effectively locks fabric shape after frequent washing.
3. It achieves 580N warp and 550N weft tensile strength, with 25N tear strength in both directions. 180gsm moderate weight and full 148cm usable width fit mass garment cutting, resisting ripping and abrasion in daily heavy labor scenarios.
4. It reaches Grade 4 fastness against light, dry rubbing, sweat and washing, Grade 3 for wet rubbing as per EN ISO standards. Dark grey hue stays intact under outdoor exposure and frequent industrial laundering, keeping workwear tidy for long-term service.
