1. It passes EN 11612 A1/B1/C1 flame test and UL certified NFPA 2112 antistatic standard. Built-in static conductive fiber eliminates static sparks, and inherent fiber fire resistance never fades after repeated washing, matching high-risk industrial protection demands.
2. It withstands 30,000 Martindale abrasion cycles under 9KPa pressure, and reaches Grade 3 pilling resistance after 7000 rubs. The tight woven structure resists surface fuzzing and abrasion, extending the service life of daily heavy-duty work uniforms.
3. Warp tensile strength hits 600N, weft 500N, with 30N tear strength in both directions. Warp and weft washing shrinkage are controlled within ±3%, so garments keep stable shape without deformation after frequent industrial laundering.
4. Available in orange, navy, royal blue and more shades, it achieves Grade 4 fastness to washing, light, dry rubbing and perspiration, Grade 3 for wet rubbing. Fabrics stay bright and fade-resistant under long-term outdoor and daily wearing scenarios.
