1. Made of pure cotton at 400gsm medium lightweight weight, the fabric is far less bulky than heavy tarpaulin cloth. It retains soft breathable texture, lowering body load for staff with long hours of indoor and light outdoor industrial work.
2. It passes strict Russian fire resistance tests with zero afterflame and smolder, char length capped under 10cm. No sustained burning occurs when exposed to open flame, delivering reliable passive fire protection for frontline industrial operators.
3. Both warp and weft breaking strength reach above 800N thanks to tight plain cotton weave. The balanced tensile property prevents tearing under pulling, abrasion and frequent bending during daily workshop operations.
4. Dimensional change after wet treatment stays within GOST standard range. Rubbing, sweat and washing color fastness all reach Grade 4, so the grey shade keeps uniform without fading after repeated industrial laundering cycles.
