Features of GOST 15530-93 Heavy 563gsm 100% Cotton FR Tarpaulin Fabric
1. Made of all-natural cotton fiber at 563gsm heavy weight, this thick tarpaulin fabric features dense plain weave. It blocks wind and insulates heat efficiently, delivering solid shielding performance for outdoor temporary shelters, equipment protective covers and field work tarps.
2. Adopted professional OP fire-resistant soaking treatment, it has zero afterflame and smolder time. It can withstand 460℃ high temperature for over 30 seconds without melting, effectively blocking flame spread for outdoor fire hazard prevention scenarios.
3. Warp tensile strength reaches over 800N and weft exceeds 600N under standard test size. Thick cotton yarn structure greatly improves pull resistance, resisting tearing under heavy tension, outdoor dragging and long-term field use.
4. Warp and weft soaking shrinkage are strictly limited within 5%. Its color fastness reaches grade 3 for rubbing, grade 4 for perspiration and washing, maintaining stable shade after repeated outdoor exposure and cleaning cycles.
