Features of 185gsm Lenzing FR Viscose Aramid Weft Stretch Anti Static Ripstop Fabric
1. Tested per ASTM D6413 standard, the fabric features ultra-short after-flame and after-glow time with limited char length. Built-in permanent anti-static fiber avoids static accumulation. It maintains stable fire-resistant property after repeated washing, perfectly fitting high-risk scenarios like chemical, electric power and oil field safety uniforms.
2. Added 3% spandex brings 14.5% elastic elongation and 70% elastic recovery, offering unrestricted movement for workers. Warp & weft shrinkage controlled within ±3% under EN ISO 6330 standard. Plain rip-stop weave also improves tear resistance, balancing comfort and long-term shape retention for daily work.
3. Passed strict EN tensile and tear strength tests: warp tensile force reaches 600N, weft 560N; both warp and weft tear strength hit 30N. Rip-stop plain weave effectively prevents fabric tearing during heavy labor. 185gsm weight with 148cm cuttable width meets customized bulk garment production demands.
4. Compliant with full EN ISO color fastness standards, rated grade 4 for light, dry rubbing, perspiration and washing, grade 3 for wet rubbing. Navy blue shade resists fading from long-term outdoor exposure and frequent industrial laundering, keeping uniform neat appearance throughout service cycle.
