Features of GOST 11209-2014 Orange Twill Cotton Oil Repellent Fabric
1. Made of full polyester knitted fleece at moderate 240gsm weight, it features dense plush inner surface for outstanding thermal retention. Soft flexible knit structure brings snug skin contact, ideal as thermal lining for cold-region work uniforms and outer garments.
2. Warp shrinkage is limited within 10% and weft within 12% after 40℃ wet treatment, complying fully with GOST fleece standards. Garments made of this fabric will not severely deform after regular warm water cleaning cycles.
3. It reaches Grade 4 rubbing fastness, Grade 5 for perspiration and washing. The solid black hue resists fading under frequent cleaning and daily wear, keeping uniform inner liners neat and dark without discoloration.
4. Fixed 150cm finished width simplifies mass cutting layout and improves material utilization rate. Lightweight fleece avoids extra garment weight, perfectly matching layered inner lining production for cold protection workwear.
