1. Crafted from pure cotton flannel at 170gsm lightweight specification, the fabric features fine raised pile. It delivers excellent warmth retention and breathability, ideal as comfortable base fabric for undergarments, lining and lightweight inner layers.
2. It reaches minimum tensile strength of 294N in warp and 186N in weft, satisfying GOST requirements for household and undergarment textiles. The stable basic strength resists normal stretching during daily wearing and washing cycles.
3. Wet processing dimensional change is kept within the GOST specified range. Garments made from this fabric will not undergo excessive shrinkage or expansion after cleaning, maintaining consistent sizing for long-term use.
4. It achieves Grade 3 rubbing fastness, Grade 4 fastness against perspiration and washing. The olive tone maintains stable appearance after repeated cleaning, avoiding obvious fading for undergarments and inner lining materials.
